She has designed and delivered high-impact customer experience and leadership programs for multinational banks and organizations, equipping teams to elevate service delivery, strengthen culture and build lasting brand reputation.
Her journey is more than professional - it’s deeply personal. Once accomplished yet uncertain about her purpose, ESTher encountered a defining turning point when she embraced God’s call to rediscover her divine identity. That breakthrough fuels DYLA’s mission: to help others unlearn limiting stories, reconnect with their Creator and rise with renewed vision.
