Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Design Your Life Academy (DYLA). By registering for any of our programs, workshops, or coaching frameworks, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon full or partial payment of program fees.
Spaces are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
DYLA reserves the right to close registration once the program capacity is reached.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

- All fees are payable in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or U.S. Dollars (USD) as communicated.
- Payments must be completed before the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds:
- Cancellations made 7 days beforethe program start date qualify for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 daysof the program start date will not be refunded but may be transferred to a future cohort.
- No refunds will be made after the program begins.

3. Program Delivery

Sessions will be delivered Virtuallyor in-person (based on the Program).
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and access to required tools.
Session recordings (if provided) are for registered participants only and must not be shared.

4. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including workbooks, slides, frameworks and recordings, are the intellectual property of DYLA.
Participants are granted personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Participation & Conduct

DYLA programs are designed for safe, respectful and uplifting engagement.
Disruptive, offensive, or unethical behavior may result in removal without refund.
Participants are expected to respect confidentiality within group sessions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

DYLA provides coaching and training for personal growth and leadership development.
Programs are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
DYLA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental outcomes arising from program participation.

7. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for program administration, communication and community building.
DYLA will not sell or share participant data with third parties without consent.

8. Changes & Cancellations

- DYLA reserves the right to reschedule sessions, modify facilitators or adjust program content.
- In the unlikely event of program cancellation by DYLA, participants will receive a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
